There once was an ant with a head too big to fit in the nest. It was therefore sent away at the queen ant’s willful bequest.
On the ant’s travels it met a mouse with a tail that continued on well after it had crawled on. With a snort and a cackle, the ant called the mouse a freak with its tail a mile long.
The mouse turned, but with no face. Its tail rose into the air, and the real face appeared. It hissed at the ant, and ate it up to join the mouse in its reptile stomach.
